on 2008-07-13I bought product mainly to back up power for my cable modem and wireless phone which also uses cable modem. Unfortunately it has a 30 minute maximum time that it stays on after a power failure. I thought my 15 watt (total) devices would stay up for hours with a 550va backup. Contacted the company and their answer was sorry thats the way it works.
