This workout program is specifically designed for people with little or no time to workout because of their jobs, their kids, or their social lives. The "Big Butts" include different sizes and shapes of people with one thing in common...having fun while getting in shape! This program includes two workouts: Workout #1 is an early morning 20 minute Yoga stretch for improved flexibility and stress reduction. Workout #2 is a 30 minute vigorous body-shaping workout. These workouts together will get you seeing results in as little as a month as long as you stay with these routines and follow a nutritious diet plan.
