on 2007-05-22Also see my comments regarding these speakers in my Beta 50 review. I was hesitant to buy these speakers given their price relative to the Beta 50 towers however I am so glad I did. These speakers have a unique array and have three settings. I have only used the bipole setting for my 5.1 surround discs and my set up is strictly for music and not HT but these speakers have a clarity that I have not heard in surrounds. They replaced Bose 201's and there is no comparison.These are so much better.They stand up proud when the receiver sends something their way and there is no mistaking what it was whereas often rears end up sounding muddled or muddy in their attempt to deliver.
