I believe the performance of the headset is directly related to the phone in which it is paired. I replaced my BT250v with the BT500. Jabra headsets tend to fit my ear very well, and do not make my ear hurt after wearing for hours. I use the headset...


Pros: Comfortable and discreet.
Cons: Volume controls are are a little difficult to find and use..
Bottom Line: Test it with the phone you plan to use it with!.
