on 2008-08-16I initially purchased a webcam by microsoft. The picture was not good, and for some reason I got static on the sound. I returned it right away and exchanged it for logitech webcam. All I can say is WOW. The picture quality is absolutely incredible, the sound is amazing, it was extremely easy to install, easy to use - and I am even using it instead of the built in isight webcam on my macbook which I feel does not have good picture quality at all - this is 10X better! I highly recommend it.
