This package includes an AP27 head unit (control/display), RC36 rate compass, AC20 course computer, RPU160 (reversable pump unit - 23CUI).AP27 is an ergonomic, handheld model with 23ft. (7m) cable. Operational capability and software is identical to that of the AP26. Used as a standalone control or as a second station, the AP27 offers full control in the cockpit or on the flybridge. It contains the same steering software and operational characteristics as the AP25.Simrad's virtual feedback technology results in the first truly feedbackless autopilot. With this patented technology it is no longer necessary to mount a feedback unit nor do you need an rpm counter or connection to the tachometers.
