We had considered getting a portable DVD player for trips- especially on planes, where the provided video entertainment is frequently unusable for a small child. And, we considered this might be a good thing for longer road trips, which the Western US...


Pros: Compact, Rugged Construction, long battery life..
Cons: Proprietary rechargeable battery, No mounting kit..
Bottom Line: If you want a turn-key mobile DVD which does what it does well, and plays recorded disks, this unit is that piece of equipment..
