Big disappointment

on 2008-04-07Very disappointed in this product. Was trying to replace an older Toshiba 13" (very high quality but no longer available), but this Sylvania product has a terrible 'tinny' sound quality, slightly off-level picture (dips to the right), and a front glass lens with one corner partially pushed in (improperly set? poor quality control?). As disappointed as I am, there aren't many TV/DVR's in this small size with my needed dimensions so I won't waste the time returning. Poor quality!
