I purchased the APA01US this past Sunday and have been so far satisfied overall. My notebook's (HP/Compaq Presario R3000 series) supplied power adapter croaked at over two-and-a-half years' use, which actually had its DC output cord fail back in 2005,...


Pros: Decent replacement adapter for most notebooks..
Cons: Adapter can be inadvertently thrown into protect mode by some tips designed for some notebooks..
Bottom Line: Decent replacement adapter, some power tips need to be redesigned to work properly..
