Pros: Hopkins, basic story, relationship with neighboring boy.
Cons: Formulaic, long and drawn out in places, somewhat mawkish.
Bottom Line: The film will either inspire you to chase your dreams, or to roll your eyes. Either way, it’s a touching and a fine tribute to a strange and wonderful man..
